Shanice and I had a little sleepover with the girls recently so her and India could join me and ny at a gymnastics session we go to near me.
When they arrived we made the tastiest lamb tagine (I have been harassing Shanice to teach me how to cook fancy things for ages!) it was made with really healthy ingredients and was very wholesome and delicious and perfect for batch cooking and freezing.. this is the recipe if you’re interested the girls absolutely loved it as well!
In the morning we went to Meapa Gymnastics Club as they have a drop in session on some week day mornings. The gymnastics hall is huge and filled with loadsssss of equipment from balls and soft play to beams and a foam pit. The girls were amazed and loved all the colours and watching the older children. Naya was off straight away and India had loads of fun playing with a hoop and crawling around. It was all so stimulating that Indie fell asleep half way through!
We then travelled to kings cross and had some street food (because who doesn’t love street food?!) we weren’t overly impressed with our choice of Mauritian food though. However, outside of kings cross there is a food market and we had an amazingggg salted caramel brownie from bad brownies! We then took the girls to Camley Natural Park and had a mini photo shoot with Shanice’s camera! Here are or faves…
